Windra Yusman pursued his bachelor’s degree in Physics, in Institut Teknologi Bandung (ITB), Indonesia with a final project related with Geothermal Resource Assessment. He completed his bachelor degree in 2011. He continued his study in Geothermal Engineering ITB which funded by USAID-STAR ENERGY Scholarship in 2013 and finished in 2015. Windra joined to the Indonesia Geothermal Center of Excellence (IGCOE) in December 2015. Prior to active in IGCOE, Windra has been involved in several activities in Geothermal areas as intern in Pertamina Geothermal Energy and Star Energy Geothermal. Besides that, Windra began his career working as junior consultant under several company and one of them is LAPI ITB. Windra did several projects in PT. PERTAMINA PERSERO and MEMR (Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resource). Currently, Windra is working as Research Assistant in CCROM-SEAP IPB (Center for Climate Risk and Opportunity Management in South-East Asia Pacific IPB). In IGCOE, Windra was involved in several activities such as, facilitator of Geothermal Goes to School (GGTS) (collaborated with Dinas ESDM Jawa Barat) and also EAST Project (join study with Yayasan Bina Usaha Lingkungan). He has special interest in study about Geothermal Reservoir Engineering, Climate Change Mitigation and Energy Economy.
